About

TV is our religion. A good book on a rainy day is our idea of heaven. And Pop Culture Playpen is our little corner of the interweb to share our various obsessions and rants about the wide world of popular culture, from wailing over Joss Whedon’s latest prematurely cancelled series to getting all giggly over another outbreak of cute between Supernatural’s Jared and Jensen.

Miss Penn, in her other, non-zudonym’d life, works in publishing (don’t ask her to explain her job, she’s still working it out) and occasionally blogs for Book Slam and Mills & Boon.

Miss Thropist knows more about random shiz than anyone else, and will occasionally deign to babble about it like a brook. She also works in publishing, but apps rather than books. (Don’t ask her to explain her job either.)

You probably didn’t hear it here first. But we’re going to go ahead and have a poke anyway.
